METRO PROPERTIES Turkey is now seeking for a “Lawyer” who is going to be responsible for the legal issues at its HQ in Istanbul.
Job Description
- Assist the Legal Affairs Division Manager to support legal proceeds and initiate the legal actions,
- Prepare, organize and maintain legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements,
- Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents,
- Observe, receive, or obtain information from all relevant sources,
- Investigate the facts in court cases; identify appropriate laws, decisions, articles and other materials relevant to cases,
- Drafting contracts such as but not limited with construction contracts, leasing contracts, service contracts, facility management contracts,
- Representing company during the litigation process,
- Preparation and follow up of the corporate issues,
- Preparing legal reports & court petitions,
- Consulting on legal inquiries,
- Following up of new legislations and inform the related personnel.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Holding a reputable University degree in Law School,
- At least 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role,
- Strong command of verbal and written English,
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking,
- No military service obligation for the male candidates.
