HSE MANAGER

We are looking for a HSE Manager our client in production industry. This position will be reporting to GM.

Job Description:

• Manage and support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Health and Safety elements of the company’s HSE Management System, and ensure that the goals and requirements of the Company’s OHS Policy and associated,
• Promoting our safety culture and leading programs to improve the Company's overall safety culture,
• Setting up safety procedures in coordination with all the employees at all workplaces of our company,
• Responsible for development, supervision, and compliance enforcement of effective OHS management systems across the country.
• Inform and advise management regarding compliance status and issues, potential risks and liabilities, accident/incident trend analyses, future impacts from new laws and rules, recommended actions and risk management strategy,
• Responsible for carrying out audit programmes, accident and incident investigations as required.

• University degree in Engineering,
• Excellent level in English ( speaking, reading and writing)
• Minimum 10 years experience in OHSin construction or production sector
• Holding internationally recognized certificates ( specially A Group OHS certificate)
• Good knowledge about the all local, national, and international laws,
• Excelent understanding of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements,
• Good analytical skill,
• Good communication skill,
• Develops and maintains cooperation and teamwork while leading a group of people
• Must be willing to travel to all plants
• Have experience with budgeting, reporting, and planning.
