Country Manager

Mission:

• To set-up the production and commercial facilities in Turkey for the Company;
• To recruit and manage a team of 8-10 persons in the territory;
• To prepare the basis of production deployment in the territory and to supply goods to the European and north-west African market;
• Manage various operational arrangements, like legal & commercial, production and logistic, HR & Administration, After-Sales Service (customer service) and Financial Management;
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies & procedures;
• To issue and follow-up the yearly budget;
• Report to the Managing Director in Hong Kong Head Quarter

• Degree Holder or above in Business Management or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in supervisory level;
• Knowledge in Off-Set Printing, Flexso Printing, Thermo Transfer Printing and Silkscreen Printing or related disciplines is highly preferred;
• Solid experience in the manufacturing industry (small-medium sized company) is a definite advantage;
• Good knowledge of local Turkish culture and business practices;
• Ability to multi-task with excellent leadership and management skills;
• Good analytical mind with a high degree of self-motivation and integrity;
• Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills;
• High proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Competence in Microsoft Office, Excel is a MUST
