AC / REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN
Job Brief:
Can you perform works on various pipe systems including sewage, water, gas, and wastewateron the property? Are you aware that you should be responsible to install sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and other type of appliances and specialise as pipelayers, pipefitters, sprinklerfitters, and steamfitters? Are you ready to participate in the hotels emergency response team? If you have answered yes to all of our questions above, you might be our Nikki fit for this role.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel in undertaking plumbing activities. Academic qualifications from technical schools or community colleges related to this field. Ability to read blue prints and use specialised tools is a must. Other traits to include tech and engineering system savvy, attention to detail and able to influence through an ability to articulate concepts clearly and in a compelling way and with facts on the system to support it. The role reports to the Maintenance & Conservation Manager.

• University/College degree in a related discipline (Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School’s)
• Certification / Training has to be required by local / state agencies
• 5 star hotel and resort experience, pre-opening and operation knowledge in an international chain hotel
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Turkish Citizenship
• Non-smoker
