We are seeking for a 'Office and Administrative Manager' for our client which is operating in energy sector, at İstanbul head office.
· Manage all Finance & HR, all legal documents, lease contract, leasings, organize and follow up board of directors meeting & decisions, administrative issues, budget, etc. of whole office,
· Update continuously the processes and procedures within the whole office,
· Manage relationships with distributors, suppliers, service providers, and landlord,
· Manage contracts with the partners,
· Procurement and price negotiations with office suppliers and service providers,
· Coordinate all affiliated companies of the Group,
· Support the Managing Director in preparing management reports,
· Coordinating with the law office, IT and other external outsource companies,
· Provide support to organize internal and external events, congress, exhibitions, conventions, participations, meetings etc,
· Responsible for update of Company website.
· Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in management or business administration faculties preferably,
· Minimum 10 years of experience for similar position,
· Preferabyl banking finance sector experienced,
· Proactive, result-oriented and strong problem solving skills,
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel,
· Excellent command of written and spoken English,
· Excellent written and verbal communication and persuasive skills,
· Proficiency in word processing, database and presentation applications,
· Analytical/structured thinking, with an ability to develop multi-faceted plans/budgets.
