We are looking for two profile, Controller and Responsible

Description of the rule:
Your is a professional profile, internal to the company,that successfully implement company quality systems and ensure the company quality at all levels.

Operative:
Your primary operative objective is to achieve the requirements of the customer and his satisfaction: this means meeting customer expectations. Our view is that a satisfied customer lead to a return both economically and prestige of the company and all Group. As manager you must coordinates the quality at all levels of the company and provide a feedback to the Managing Director.

Operative task:
• Must organize the aspects of the Quality with the coordination of Quality Controller
• Define Quality Plan (monthly) and submit to the MD for formal approval (in last week of each previous month)
• Monitor the progress of the processes through the Quality Plan
• Manage the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Cabin
• Define the modes of quality (time and method)
• Define a set of goals and targets to be achieved in a given time
• Support the Production Manager in the application of the quality process
• Supervise the safety conditions of the factory, in coordination with the Production Manager and the Safety Officer
• Share your result with the Production Manager to provide him the possibility to understand the ongoing situation (please always send a mail and in cc must be the Managing Director)
• Manages the relationship with the customer (in relation to the quality sector) and in cc the MD

Final and very important task:
• Follow the line transferred by Managing Director
• Follow the instruction provided by Marco Delle Fave
• Respect the rulo of the Production Manager

* Living in Anatolian Side or Gebze. (Workplace is Tuzla)
* Minimum 2 years of working experience in the SCC and Precast concrete industry.
