Call Center Agent

Call Center Agent will be hired with the following qualifications, for our institutional client we provide consultancy services and active within the higher education field in Antalya.

Provide services as outlined in call and conversation standards in order to meet needs and demands of customers calling the call center

Realize basic performance targets of call center

Follow changes and information and in case of need inform the customers,

Effective communication with customers in line with their needs

To inquire all the resources in order to obtain correct answer,

Good knowledge of English

Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Preferably female

Preferably experienced with same position

Ability to use Ms Office software

Clear diction, ability to communicate in written and verbally

Residing or will reside in Antalya
