Mechanical Engineer

Politecnica is looking for a Resident Mechanical Engineer for the Supervision for Construction of Regional Industrial Collaboration in Cotton Fibre Manufacturing (Diyarbakir).

Job Description:

The Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for all activities related to the supervision of the mechanical installations. He/she shall provide services on part time basis in the base of operations until the issue of the performance certificate.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Good command of English (speaking, reading and writing)
• Full computer literacy
• Turkish will be an asset

General Professional Experience required

• Preferably 10 years but a minimum 8 years of general professional experience.

Specific Professional Experience required

• Preferably 7 years but a minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision (on the Employer side or Contractor side) and/or construction of mechanical installations (plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning) in any kind of building
