Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer for our client which is operating in production sector in Çorum.

• Responsible for the organization’s overall financial plans and policies along with its accounting practices and the management of effective  relationships with financial institutions,
• Setting the financial strategy and the management of cash flow including banking relationships,optimizing the cash position, develop cash flow forecasting,
• Reviewing and approving all capital expenditure,
• Setting relevant KPIs to improve working capital (inventory, receivables, payables),
• Managing the processes to improve receivables collection and stock level,
• Setting up mechanisms and managing teams to maintain planning and operating plans,
• Lead the financial team to prepare the reliable, accurate reports in line with the required deadlines under the guidance of the top management,
• Coordinate the annual forecasting and budgeting process and evaluate the performance of the overall company and each business unit against budget / forecast,
• Setting clear directions and objectives for the teams to support both the short term and long term business goals,
• Review and assist in negotiating the company’s contracts,
• Setting up the effective processes and prosedures for the departments managed by this position,
• Ensuring that all business decisions and actions are in line with the Group’s sustainability goals, objectives, mission and vision,
• Provide recommendation on the long term and short term strategies of the company with regard to the company’s targets, 
• Assist in the training of the departments managed by this position,
• Provide recommendations for financial improvements across all the companies’ departments (Finance, HR, IT, Operations and Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain),
• Support manufacturing by providing visibility on manufacturing costs and project based profitibality.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in economics, finance-accounting or relevant fields with a CPA/ CFA/ CMA,
• Master’s degree in finance is an asset,
• At least 20 years of total experience, 10 years of which is in a similar CFO role in a corporate company as a successful executive manager, preferably in manufacturing environment,
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an international audit company is an asset,
• Having commercial understanding and business partnership approach,
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS and internal control,
• Advanced level of fiscal and legal knowledge, very good skills in using the standard financial reporting tools, thorough knowledge of practices and techniques,
• Should have used IFS systems or similar ERP systems,
• Should be familiar to human resources management and information technologies systems,
• Having executive leadership abilities and strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Developed skills in coordinating and motivating different departments’ personnel,
• Having the ability of strategic & analytical thinking and multiple case management, result oriented,
• Fluency in english is a must,
• Good usage of MS Office applications,
• No military obligations for male candidates,
• Should have driving license and actively drive,
• Should live in Çorum.
