HR Generalist (Turkish speaking)

Our client is in a rapid expansion phase and since the staff have increased heavily during this year are they now looking for an HR Generalist to assist with employee relations and Manager support.

How’s your workday?
As a key player in the Human Recourses department will you be assisting and serving managers and employees with advise and actions to solve work related issues and to interpret company policies. You will also be a valuable advisor when it comes to coaching the management in areas such as employee conduct and performance issues on an individual and team level. The company’s employees will turn to you when they have issues or questions and it will be your task to make recommendation on how to improve situations and suggest new routines and policies where needed. It is also important that you are observant on identifying trends in employee relations and analyse as well as suggest recommendations for senior management.
Our client cherishes their sound employer branding, hence will you be developing this ongoing process and identify and implement best practise and police development. Data is also a key factor so you will me measuring and analysing figures on employee retentions, absence and other key KPI’s. You will also be involved in recruitment and sourcing activities such as evaluating candidate background checks to ensure compliance with company hiring policies/standards. The company is using a HRIS-system where you will be ensuring that documents, policies and general information are up to date and compile with applicable employment law.

As a majority of the employees are Turkish speaking will you need to be fluent in Turkish and have several years of relevant experience, preferably from a call centre. You have probably obtained a Bachelors degree at a Turkish university and it would be considered a merit if the educations targeted HR. As comes natural to HR positions will you need to be a people-person with strong communications skills, excellent at building relationships and to be able to multitask.
