Night Auditor

Location

The Sheraton Adana, a 240 room new built hotel, is located on the bank of river Seyhan with a nice view to the old city of Adana.

Job Description:

• Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits
• Prepare and distribute daily reports
• Audit and reconcile cashiers reports and trial balance
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards
• Check guests in/out
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently
• Perform other duties as requested by management
• Acts as Manager on Duty and Guest Service Representative during the audit shift

• Preferably university degree
• At least 1 year prior hotel experience or night audit preferred
• Opera experience is a plus
• Must be able to work alone without supervision
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication skills / assertiveness
