For our corporate customer which is operating in the banking sector, we are in seek of teammates to take part in the call center operation with the below indicated qualifications;
- A minimum of 2 year Vocational High School graduate,
- For male candidates, the military service must be completed and/or postponed a minimum of 2 years,
- Having an IELTS certificate currently valid for two years with a score of at least 5.5 and/or having a good command of the English language whom will be able to get the certificate,
- Whom will be able to provide phone support in English, in scope of banking services,
- Residing in Istanbul, at the Anatolian region,
- Able to work on 7/24 shifts,
- Individuals successul in human relations and customer oriented,
- Having excellent communications skills over phone,
- Individuals having high self-esteem and whom are teamwork compatible,
- Individuals which are open tocontinuous improvement and learning.
