Assist incoming and outgoing guest with transporting luggage to and from room. May secure tag and store luggage at guest request. Respond to all guest for shuttle or taxi service in a prompt and courteous manner, assist guest with luggage while boarding and off loading the vehicle. Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and service to guest and provide information to guest regarding local attractions and activities. Respond appropriately to guest complaints.
High School diploma or equivalent, plus some guest service experience or hotel experience is preferred. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following: carrying, pushing, or lifting items weighing up to 45 kilos.
