Dynamics AX / Enterprise Systems Manager

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Provides thought leadership and direction to the team for the Dynamics  AX platform.
• Provides leadership and guidance to a team of Developers, DBA’s, and Business Analysts
• Ownership of the health (stability & performance) of the AX platform.
• Lead system architecture, design and development of the AX platform.
• Establish, train and adhere to development best practices and standards for Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Participate in cross-functional project including but not limited to planning, estimating and delivery

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
• 5+ years managing a team of Developers and Business Analysts
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (R12)
• Dynamics AX 2012 certification is a plus
• 5+ years of experience developing with C#, VB.net, C++, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, etc. SSRS, SSAS, SSIS
• Advanced SQL knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Experience participating in a major system upgrade preferred
• Experience using version control, source code management and task management software (e.g. Team Foundation Server, Github, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Agile Software Development Cycle
