Job Description: Managing, directing and organizing relations between all firm’s internal employees, visitors, dealers and suppliers.
- Assisting the executive with the daily work organization Organizing meeting planning and calendar management,
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meeting,
- Managing phone, email, mail and official correspondences in a timely manner,
- Preparing, reporting and archiving all domestic and international correspondences of the firm and keeping them updated.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree in related disciplines,
- Minimum 2-3 years of administration experience,
- Proficiency in Farsi(Persian) and English both writting and speaking is a must, speaking Turkish is a plus,
- Proficient computer skills, including a high level Microsoft Office skills,
- Detail-oriented and well organized,
- Multi task oriented,
- Proactive, flexible and open-minded personality.
