We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Engineer who will be responsible for developing telecom sector business and managing relationships with clients in Pakistan, located office in Islamabad, Pakistan.
• Implementing company marketing and sales strategies.
• Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained profitable growth. Conform to company policies including commitment to ethical conduct.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Develop relationships with potential customers.
• Utilize all available resources, differentiating the organization to grow the business.
• Pursue opportunities independently and in concert with relevant teams and chief executives.
• Identify and develop relationships with the key decision makers, uncover new business opportunities, recommend differentiated solutions, negotiate, and win the business.
• Meet Goals and Objectives determined by Management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as determined by corporate and local management.
• Represent company with our customers in a cheerful, responsive, professional, proactive, and ethical manner that reflects well on our company and core values.
• Will report to country manager.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly reports and forecasts
• Participating international exhibitions,
• Preparing and has visit plans to customers
Aranan Nitelikler
• Bachelor’s degree from relevant engineering faculties (Electrical & Electronics, Communications, Computer, Industrial Engineering)
• Experience and knowledge in Telecom market. IT, service and Mobile VAS knowledge is plus.
• Experience in Sales & Business development, management and finance.
• Polished professional with excellent organizational, communication negotiations, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, digital and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of English speaking and official writing. Urdu is a plus.
• Familiar with sales/service contracts.
• Candidate should hold Turkish passport and must have Turkish nationality.
• Active driving license (left hand traffic)
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Presentable
• Full computer literacy and conversant with MS Office software
• Result oriented, negotiation, problem solving
