Job Description:
Developing domestic and international dealer networks, assigning existing dealer’s sales plans, handling sales activities according to the given sales and payment strategies, making sure all terms of sale and collection are in place and managing dealer’s risk controls.
- Developing a dealer network under his/her authority and managing the network actively,
- Assigning dealer’s periodical sales goals,
- Directly responsible for sales and P&L performance of dealers,
- Managing collection and risks of the dealers,
- Developing strategies and projects to increase sales,
- Reporting all activities to the upper management.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree in related disciplines,
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing field,
- Proficiency in Farsi(Persian) and English both writting and speaking is a must, speaking Turkish is a plus,
- Experience of managing a team-demonstrating strong leadership skills,
- Having basic knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Ability to be pro-active and self-motivated,
- Flexibility with hours to suit the business needs,
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
