İş Tanımı

We are currently seeking for dynamic, self-motivated Account and Administration Manager who can assist us to provide account , support the organization in the execution of the administrative activities, advice and expertise to the General Manager and the entire team with the aim of maximizing value and to develop the quality of the accounting requirements.


Whereby key responsibilities include: 


         • Reporting to General Manager, Turkey and Group Financial Controller

  • Preparation of financial statements according to local and international accounting standards

  • Assure compliance with local and corporate policies, regulations and laws

  • Responsible for all tax obligations including preparation, verification and submission tax declarations (VAT, Corporate tax, BA/BS, Withholding Declarations)

  • Control of accounting of monthly payroll file

  • Performing periodic bank reconciliations

  • Performing accurate and timely monthly closing activities within certain closing time line

  • Performing fixed asset accounting

  • Preparing monthly account reconciliations and documentation .

  • Report, analyze and ensure integrity of all financial information

  • Daily general accounting activities.

         • Provide an effective internal control of account system  
    
     • Liaise and co-operate with both Internal and External audits 
         • Support and advice the management team on commercial and financial matters

Required Skills

Education, and Work Experience  

Residence in Anatolian side of Istanbul.

University degree (4 years) in Accounts or Economics with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role. You should have IT knowledge with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish

Liaise with the group Financial Controller and the overseas Financial controller on matters such as international tax , transfer pricing, international accounting standards, capital planning and treasury matters.


General Qualifications

Knowledge of Management Instruments an Accounting

Knowledge of MS Office and account programs like ETA or Logo or similar.

Knowledge of HR operations policies and procedures that support business needs

Having SMMM licence

All CV’s must be in English
