Software Development Manager

We're looking for a "Software Development Manager" to join our IT Team

• Team planning, realizing distribution of duties and following activities according to the priorities of the projects.
• Monitoring that the projects are coded as planned and informing the relevant units in this respect.
• Realizing the projects according to their deadlines within the determined quality limits,
• Finding performance problems arising from the software and realizing the necessary processes,
• Ensuring the release of software with minimum errors and correcting them within the shortest time,
• Contributing to the technical analysis of projects when necessary,
• Delegating projects and providing supervisory support to the team

• The ideal candidate will have 12 years experience and manage team last 3 years,
• Preferably have experience in Media company,
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills,
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage your time well,
• Proficient at analyzing a situation and thinking critically about ways to improve it.
