• Manage product visual merchandising programs and presentation strategies for assigned category, product line, retail concept or external Museum Shop accounts.

• Responsible of applying indoor and window visual merchandising guidelines, makes sure that the standards are performed throughout the BKG ’’ Museum Shop’’ & ‘’ Museum Cafe’’ visual standards.
• Prepares visual standard manuals and seasonal guidelines according BKG standards.
• Prepares Visual Merchandising training guides with the approved standards, gives related trainings and directions to the stores & cafes.
• Systematically provides product / line / wall combination information according to the upcoming deliveries.
• Makes recommendations about the layout of the stores & cafes, in a manner that encourages greater customer interest and sales.
• Prior to new store openings, with the help of the finalized store plan, checks the Visual non-trade order list, and prepares product layout plans according to stores & cafes capacity.
• Develop and manage visual merchandising budget for key initiatives and seasonal plans within assigned areas.

Qualifications:

• University degree preferably in Fine Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design or Interior Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of  experience in a relevant job especially in retail sector
• Forming window layout and visual merchandising standards for each ‘’Museum Shop’’ & ‘’Museum Cafe’’.
• To ensure window concepts due to cooperate image of BKG  ‘’Museum Shop’’ & ‘’Museum Cafe’’.
• Excellent command of English (being able to communicate effectively in English)
• No military obligation for male candidates
• No restriction to travel
