We are one of the leading companies in international construction and investment industry and seeking “Director of Food and Beverage Department” for our Radisson Blue Hotel and Convention Center at Moldova.

•Universty degree in relevant departments
•At least 10 years experience in Food and Beverage industry
•Director / Manager / Assistant Manager experience in Food and Beverage department in 4 or 5 Star Hotel Chain
•Strong experience in all culinary operations
•Follow the lastest developments in the sector, strong focus on developing skills
•Strong management skills and guest satisfaction
•Presentable, good communication skills
•High management, motivation, presentation and communication skills
•Good teamwork and leadership skills
•The ability of analytical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills
•High co-ordination and organizational skills
•Basic finance, budget and cost management knowledge
•A good command of written and spoken English
•Preferably can speak Russian and Romanian
•Preferably with overseas experience
