Billing&Collection Solutions Expert

We are seeking a Billing&Collection Solutions Expert with the will and ambition to work in Billing Application Development Mngmnt. Function, reporting Billing&Collection Solutions Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Design,develop and maintain complex telecom grade applications to enhance the functionality of products and services, compliant with business requirements and quality objectives, in order to provide new products, functionalities and services. Has in depth knowledge of specific areas and extensiveknowledge of software development and provides insight to senior members of theteam.
• Playkey role in research and development activities leading to new product andservices and shaping the architecture of existing products.
• Communicateswith cross-functional teams involved in whole software development lifecycle.Leads temporary project based teams with no administrative responsibility. Taskmanagement of project teams. Supervise solution/implementation of other developers.

• Goodcommand of verbal & written English
• Significant experience with some of the followingtechnologies: OraclePL/SQL (Tuning, monitoring, debugging) /Unix Shell scripting / Java / Application& Database modelling tools /Unit testing.
• Significant experience with Oracle database.
• Experience with Billing & Payment Systems(Payment, Dunning, Charging, Billing)
• Significant experience in telecommunications.
• Significant experience with algorithms, relationaldatabases, object oriented technologies.
• Good understanding of software development process.
