·       Providing, following up all commination with our main company in Italy and report the manager

• Assisting and working in coordination with the Sales& Marketing Department
• Communicating about the functioning of the works with the other departments and making necessary guidance
• Maintaining records of necessary documentation, managing data entry and set up other relevant data information, establishing and maintaining files
• Managing outgoing or incoming communication in the form of emails, letters, voice messages, phone calls or other forms of communication

·       Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities required by the position

·       Minimum graduated from Office Management and Executive Assistant Department / Vocational High School

·       Excellent written, spoken and read in English

·       Preferably intermediate written, spoken and read in İtalian

·       Advanced user of MS Office applications

·       Strong planning, organization and communication skills, creative and result oriented,analitical and social profile

·       Preferably  has experience as Executive Assistant at least 2 years

·       Has class B driving class as an active driver at least 3 years
