Team Leader Antalya 

For our branch in Antalya, we are looking for a Team Leader. It is a full time position. As a team leader you are working in the dynamic environment of the contact center of Xerox Services Antalya. You are responsible for the operational activities of a project, where you direct a team of 10 to 15 Advisors.

 

Who are we looking for?

When you start as a team leader, you will work in an independent position in a challenging work environment with a pleasant informal work atmosphere, where there is a lot of room for individual input and taking initiatives. You possess at least a working and thinking on a middle vocational education level (through education and work experience) and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a contact center.

  • stress resistant, customer and service focused;
  • experience working with KPIs;

Your tasks as a team leader

Together with your colleague team leaders, you are fully responsible for the operational activities of the project. In this very independent and varied position you are expected to coach and motivate your team members with your enthusiasm and passion, so that the employees contribute to the goals of the project. In your role as Team Leader you will report to the Delivery Manager.

The following tasks also belong to the position of team leader:

  • Conducting progress, performance and assessment interviews and monitoring and supporting the resulting agreements;
  • Planning of the staffing of current projects (in consultation with planners);
  • Monitoring the operational results to guarantee the agreed arrangements with clients;
  • Managing absenteeism and progress towards the KPIs defined for the team regarding absenteeism and progress;
  • Ensuring that projects are realized efficiently and at the required level of quality.
