 Cartonsa, Inc. was founded in 1991 and is based in Montreal, Quebec. The company started buying and selling secondary fiber and ultimately expanded to include the sale of off-grade paper, board, tissue and pulp. Cartonsa Inc. markets these products throughout the United States, Canada and abroad with sales offices in Montreal Canada; Dobrich Bulgaria and Istanbul Turkey. Cartonsa also maintains a state-of-the-art warehouse in Montreal QC .
