Summary of Duties: Under the general supervision of the Readiness Program Manager (RPM), Deputy Readiness Program Manager (DRPM) and the Readiness Program Officer (RPO), the Readiness Program Assistant (RPA), assists with the implementation and delivery of the Readiness Program at Mission to enhance the Mission’s operational and physical security planning, emergency preparedness and resilience. Education:Candidates will be required to provide proof of the completion of their education. Successful completion of a Bachelor's-level university degree from a recognized university; ORA combination of education, training and/or experience (detailed information on the combination of education, training and/or experience is required) in an administration role(s)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the last 5 years working in an office environment in a program or administrative support capacity in a job role relevant to the position for example working in a security environment; emergency planning or preparedness environment; communications; information management; policing establishment or similar; or a government institution; ANDMinimum 1 year of experience in the last 5 years organizing agendas and the logistics for meetings and/or events and/or travel in a professional setting.

The incumbent provides administrative support to the General Services Office (GSO) Housing Unit. They coordinate with relevant GSO and Facilities units to assign and schedule make-readies, furniture and appliance moments and residential maintenance & repairs. Under Realty Specialist guidance, the incumbent liaisons with residential compound management and land lords regarding general communication, property movement schedules and residential maintenance. Assists the tenants with their service requests and administers utility accounts. The incumbent backs-up Realty Specialist in his/her absence.

Education: Completion of High School is required.
Experience: Three (3) years of responsible administrative experience in a customer service environment.
Language: Fluency in English (speaking/reading/writing) and Turkish (speaking/reading/writing) is required. (This may be tested)
Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Excel and MS Work. Familiarity with the local real estate market.
Skills/Abilities: Ablity to serve as a customer service role model, demonstrate gracious and empathetic communication at all times. Proactively provide general services office, management, tenants, landlords, building managers and real estate contacts with essential updates and information. Must be culturally sensitive, well organized, adoptable, and able to prioritize work. Must be available to work on evenings, weekends, early mornings and U.S. and Turkish Holidays as needed.
