ACCOUNTS ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities: Cash flow Management. Maintaining relationship with banks. Inventory auditing. Monthly bank Reconciliation. Responsible for monthly VAT submission. Maintain Fixed Asset Register, Monthly Depreciation and reconciliation. Intercompany Reconciliation with Singapore HQ. Book keeping. Preparation and reporting of management account monthly. Monitoring the payment to supplier. Manage the documents of the export contracts. Monitoring all the operational areas of business such as sales contract, purchase contract, logistics, certificates, documentation. Weekly reporting & MIS preparation. Co-ordinate seamless link between Turkey operation team & the finance team in Singapore. General Office Administration. Coordinate with suppliers in Turkey on the invoice and payment. Handling petty cash.

Required Skills and Specifications: Meticulous & Self-motivated. Positive team player & fast learner. Good numerical & communication skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good communication skill in verbal and written English. 3-5 years of work experience in international trading company. Basic degree/diploma in accounting/finance/administration.. Strong analytical skill with an ability to understand problems & solve proactively. Attention to detail & working with multiple parties in solving issues. Excellent multi-tasking ability along with the ability to independently prioritize task & organize issues according to commercial priority. Knowledge of accounting software……………
