We are looking for an Administration Assistant with Dutch and English in an international company in an office located in Atasehir.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University Degree
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch is a must
- Very good spoken and written English is a must
- Minimum of 2 years of former job experience
- Working knowledge of office equipment Proficiency in MS Office Issuing documents, communication with banks, public institutions, customers, suppliers, legal offices, etc (in Dutch and English)
- Communication with Dutch office Translation of documents (in Dutch)
- Ability to sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Coordination with other departments
- Taking care of social media, marketing, advertisements
- Taking initiative to ensure all processes in the office
