Your ResponsibilitiesOversees and leads in the development of BIM Execution Plans, company specific standards and families, for projects.Acts as liaison for BIM related subject matter both internally and externally.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to manage accurate BIM models.Develops interdisciplinary standards and process improvements related to BIM project delivery.Manage outsource project offices to deliver BIM models that meets the company's standards and requirements.Ensure the quality and accuracy of the BIM models and associated documentation.Leads the set-up, maintenance, and development of our project models.Train and mentor other team members on BIM best practices and standards.Keep up to date with the latest BIM technologies and software.

Capabilities and Credentials
Experience, Education, and Certification
- Strong working knowledge of Building Information Modelling.
- Strong motivation to research and develops how BIM plays and important role in MMC and DfMA.
- Familiarity with methods of design and manufacturing to support the architectural/engineering field.
- Ability to multi-task and synthesize multiple data points and instructions to timely produce accurate deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in English is preferred, with the ability to conduct industrial research and communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
Experience, Education, and Certification
- There is no minimum years of experiences as a perquisite.
- High motivation to research and develops in the field of BIM specific to DfMA, MMC, and Modular Construction is a must.
- Architecture degree from a reputable university is preferred.
- Related experience in the architectural/engineering/contractor industry is preferred.
- Flexible and remote working can be discussed upon applicant's request.
