Brand Manager

Build network of client contacts to pro-actively pitch repertoire for use in non-traditional campaigns, brand and synch activity. Work collaboratively with global Business development and Brand colleagues on repertoire exploitation opportunities.

Main responsibilities including but not limited to:
Develop and maintain relationships with media industry contacts to promote repertoire for brand and synch opportunities. Undertake research and analysis of opportunities and develop targets for strategic partnerships. Work with Managing Director to agree strategy, structure negotiations and close key deals.

Work closely with internal contacts to ensure good understanding of priorities when pitching out repertoire and update on all active pitches to ensure promotional opportunities can be quickly and effectively exploited.

Maintain good market awareness with particular emphasis on the industry, competitors and campaigns to provide company updates on brand opportunities and support the business planning processes

• Detailed understanding of the music industry and brand sponsorship market• Music/Media studies
• Prior advertising industry /agency experience
• Demonstrable ability to generate and close deals, confident negotiator
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with wide range of internal and external contacts at all levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Contract negotiation for music/media business development deals.
• Technical understanding of digital music, wireless telecom industry or consumer electronics
• Experience with product development, sales or marketing desirable
• Works collaboratively across all departments
• Enthusiastic and engaging with clear passion for music
• Persuasive and confident communicator who has a good network of key contacts and is an strong negotiator
• Entrepreneurial approach to take initiative and capitalise on opportunity whilst remaining calm under pressure
