Job Description

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in related field preferably ground operations and / or commercial aviation. 
• Have good written and spoken English or Russian language proficiency. 
• Emphasis on teamwork and strong communication skills. 
• Flight permit, slot applications experience.
• Schedule planning for airline fleet experience.
• Ready for working flexible hours on shift basis. 
• For male candidates who have completed their military service.

TASK DESCRIPTION for OCC
• To ensure that the daily operation is carried out on time by working in coordination with the departments of the OCC Unit.
• Applying seasonal, individual, overflight permissions and slot submission, make necessary changes, cancellations and following / monitoring.
• To take necessary measures by acting proactively and coordinating with relevant units within the scope of disruptions. Delivery of flight schedule to necessary units.
• Coordinating passenger services; check in, boarding, refueling, catering and handling services, organizing and leading a team for all opareting airports.

TASK DESCRIPTION for COMMERCIAL 
• Submitting daily reports to OCC and Commercial Manager. 
• Providing, promoting, selling and managing customer requests from airlines to existing and potential customers determined by the company. 
• Preparing customer offer forms, preparing presentations, following the service process and reporting the problems and monitoring the solutions. 
• To follow the contracts, revisions and invoice processes of the services provided to the customers and to ensure coordination with all parties. 
• Managing payments and reconciliation processes when requested by the finance department based on current agreements. 
• Finding new customers / airlines to the company and coordinating with related teams. 
• Establishing and developing positive and constructive relationships with customers and stakeholders and ensuring continuity. 
• Preparing and implementing customer visit programs on weekly and monthly basis. 
• Preparing and implementing supplier visit programs on weekly and monthly basis. 
• Doing all sales activities, mailing and business development issues. 
• To ensure that the operation proceeds without interruption by patiently and carefully in written and verbal coordination with all customers / stakeholders and parties, taking into account the company policies in line with the demands and guidance of the Commercial Manager. 

Required Skills

• Advanced sales and presentation skills. 
• Must be willing to develop and learn. 
• Availability for domestic and international business visit.
