İş Tanımı
- Deputise for the General Manager in his absence.
- Lead and manage a team with the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality
- To deputize for Managing all areas of hotel and to accept responsibility for the day-to-day running of the hotel
- Support the Front Office and Housekeeping departments in the development of business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs
- To have a strong understanding of the service offer contained within the client contract.
- Consistently motivate and engage staff to deliver excellence in service.
- Support the profitability and cost management of the hotel.
- Handle complaints and guest queries that arise in a professional and efficient manner. Furthermore, ensure thorough and complete follow upHave a full understanding of contract scope and form (payment mechanisms, procedures and variation) and their importance when managing the hotel and services provided
- Liaise with the client and customers, developing strong working relationshipsMonitoring and controlling the hotel’s financial performance
- To take responsibility of contacting with HR department for recruitment and selection of positions in all departments
- To ensure all health and safety regulations (including food safety) are adhered to, ensuring the safety of all guests and employees
- To ensure the hotel operates within licensing laws and regulations
- To be proactive and drive innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems, processes and services
- To be willing to support all departments of the hotel wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough, to deliver the best possible service
- Coordinate the Training Development of all staff in line with Hotel policy.
- Follow disciplinary procedures on staff where required.
- Ensure members of staff adhere to grooming and uniform policy.
- Monitor and control costs and budgets monthly.
- Be responsible for Labour Costs in the organization as well as overall costs in line with the annual hotel budget.
- To comply with all Reikartz Grup Otel policies and procedures
Aranan Nitelikler
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Turkish.
- Experience in managing teams
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in various hotel systems and advanced proficiency in Excel to work flexibly
- Ability to motivate and lead employees
- 3 and 4 star hotel experience
