This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient communication, sales, and managing medical tourism processes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating directly with international patients via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone
- Managing the full patient journey: consultation, scheduling, hospital coordination, treatment, and post-operative follow-up
- Providing clear and professional information about aesthetic procedures and treatment plans
- Coordinating hospital admissions, transfers, and appointment schedules
- Welcoming and assisting patients during their visit in Istanbul
- Supporting sales processes and converting leads into confirmed patients
- Ensuring high patient satisfaction at every stage
- Fluent spoken and written English mandatory
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a patient-centered approach
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical tourism, or sales is a strong advantage but not mandatory
