JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing technical guidance to service technicians about product failures, managing the processes that will ensure the problems are resolved quickly,
• Examining and interpreting the Service and Spare Parts Technical Catalogues of the products and providing solutions for the development of the technicians' ability to read and use these references,
• To support and intervene directly in the field, when necessary,
• To inform the relevant units by following the updates in the technical bulletins published by the manufacturer, to follow up the technical campaigns,
• To keep the level of knowledge up to date by participating in the Technical Trainings organized by the brand at home and abroad, and to deploy these trainings to technical staff,
• To prepare annual training programs for the creation, update, and development of technical knowledge & skills of technicians, to monitor their performance and to provide in-service training as well,
• To follow the warranty processes with the manufacturers, by determining whether the problems occurring in the machines are subject to the warranty operations,
• To ensure that the After-Sales Services Standards foreseen by the brand are applied in the field.

TOYOTA İstif Makineleri A.Ş., a world's leading brand in Forklifts and Stacking Machines is looking for an Electrical - Electronics or Mechatronics Engineer to be assigned to the After Sales Services Department at the Istanbul Headquarter. 

• Graduated from Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering departments, preferably with a Master's Degree,
• At least 5 years of experience in the Stacking Machinery and/or Construction Equipment sector,
• Fluent in English, proficient in Technical Terminology (A linguistic test will be applied, at least B2 level is required.)
• Able to use MS Office programs, especially MS Excel effectively,Analytical mindset, developed problem-solving skills,
• Strong analytical and communication skills,
• Planning, organization, persuasion, and negotiation skills,
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
