- The company is a leading real estate consultancy headquartered in London, UK with offices in various parts of Turkey,
- including Istanbul, Bodrum, Fethiye, Kalkan, Antalya. Our client base is predominantly foreign investors looking for lifestyle and investment properties.
- We are currently recruiting experienced sales consultants based at our ANTALYA office to serve our global markets.
- This is a challenging role, however, it is highly rewarding at the same time
Aranan Nitelikler
- Successful candidates will be part of an existing tele-sales and field team.
- Real estate sales experience or similar sales experience in a consultative sales environment is essential.
- We are looking for highly experienced sales consultants.
- Ability to build close relationships with clients and experience in tele-sales and marketing as well as face to face sales closure are necessary skills.
- Prior experience in highly driven consultative-sales environments, in depth knowledge of Turkey and investment appraisal methods would be a plus, however in house training will be given.
- Your key responsibilities will include identifying and meeting our clients’ requirements and assisting them in finding their ideal home and investment in Turkey.
- Keeping good record of your communications, updating your knowledge on our products and market dynamics, building a good rapport with clients for creating future business are important skills needed for this position.
- We are offering a base salary and uncapped commission to successful candidates.
- The following are must have attributes for this position; Fluent English ,Fluent Russian , Fluent Turkish . International work experience and exposure in a native speaking country Consultative sales approach and experience Highly driven and results orientated Analytical mind and knowledge of investment appraisal methods
- High level of confidence and ability to influence people
- Driving is COMPULSORY .!!
