- Restoran, bar, kahvaltı salonu ve diğer yiyecek-içecek alanlarının günlük operasyonlarını yönetmek.
- Servis standartlarının eksiksiz uygulanmasını sağlamak ve misafir memnuniyetini en üst seviyede tutmak.
- Servis personelinin görev dağılımını yapmak ve çalışma düzenini organize etmek.
- Personelin performansını takip etmek, gerekli eğitimleri vermek ve gelişimlerini desteklemek.
- Misafir şikâyetlerini profesyonel şekilde çözümleyerek memnuniyet sağlamak.
- Hijyen, gıda güvenliği ve iş sağlığı güvenliği kurallarına uygunluğu denetlemek.
- Stok kontrollerini yapmak, eksiklikleri raporlamak ve israfın önlenmesine katkıda bulunmak.
- Kasa işlemlerinin ve adisyon süreçlerinin doğru yürütülmesini kontrol etmek.
- Departman yöneticisine günlük operasyonlar hakkında raporlama yapmak.

- Tercihen Turizm Otelcilik Meslek Yüksek Okulu mezunu,
- Beş yıldızlı bir otelde kaptanlık tecrübesine sahip,
- Kurum kültürünü benimseyebilecek, çalışma sistemini ve görevini ön planda tutarak çalışabilecek,
- Misafir memnuniyeti anlayışını benimsemiş olan,
- İyi derece İngilizce bilen,
- Gerektiğinde ihtiyaç duyulan konular kapsamında personeli sevk ve idare edebilecek donanıma sahip,
- Dış görünüşüne ve kişisel bakımına özen gösteren,
- Sorumluluk bilinci gelişmiş, iş disiplini ve prosedürlere uyabilecek,
