Front Desk Manager

We are looking for the Front Desk Manager who reports directly to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for supervising the receptionists, operators and bell team.

*Minimum 1 year or more of experience in a similar role in a chain hotel
*Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
*University degree (Tourism and Hotel Management is preferable)
*Solid communication, problem solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills able to multi-task
*Excellent overall communication skills
*Strong knowledge of front office operations including cashier and reception
*The ability to work well in a team environment
*Professional appearance and demeanour
*Good at Opera PMS system
*Must be able to manage and work overnight shifts.
