Job Description
We are looking for the Front Desk Supervisor who reports directly to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for supervising the receptionists and possible sub-positions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a university related to Hospitality Management or hotel studies
- Minimum 2 years or more of experience in a similar role in a chain hotel.
- Very good command over written and spoken both English and Turkish.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Opera PMS.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to multitask.
- Solid communication, problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
