We are looking for a colleague to be appointed as " Front Office Night Supervisor " for our Barcelo Istanbul Hotel, a hotel affiliated to the International Hotel Chain, located in Taksim Region on the European Side.
- Responsible for all night operation of the hotel,
- Providing maximum guest satisfaction by giving priority to guest request complaints,
- Being responsible for the control, dispatch and administration of the personnel in charge of the night operation,
- Responsible for the regular preparation of reports on night operations.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments of universities,
- Worked in the night shift in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years in a 5 star city hotel,
- Fluent in English (preferably 2 nd foreign language),
- Gives importance to work discipline, can dominate night operation,
- Able to use front office well,Strong communication and representation,
- Giving importance to guest satisfaction,
- Does not have any problem that will prevent night work,
- Completed military service.
