- Recording customer issues and feedback in the system
- Using your MOBA knowledge to give accurate answers
- Reaching set goals and following simple quality standards
- Working in a 24/7 rotating shift system with a motivated team
- Strong English skills Must be a gamer with real knowledge of MOBA games
- Based in Istanbul and available for on-site work
- Ready to work in a 24/7 rotation schedule
- Good communication and teamwork skillsA positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Comfortable using MS Office programs
