Sorumluluklar:
- Gece vardiyasında mutfak operasyonlarını yönetmek
- Yemeklerin kalite ve sunum standartlarını korumak
- Mutfak ekibini yönetmek ve eğitmek
- Mutfak malzemelerinin stok kontrolünü yapmak
- Mutfak hijyen ve güvenlik standartlarını uygulamak ve denetlemek
- Yeni menüler ve yemekler geliştirmek
Aranan Nitelikler
- En az 2 yıl benzer bir pozisyonda deneyim
- Mutfak yönetimi ve operasyonları konusunda bilgi sahibi
- Mükemmel yemek hazırlama ve sunum becerileri
- İyi liderlik ve ekip yönetimi becerileri
