GENERAL MANAGER

Doria Hotel Bodrum is a 5-star boutique hotel located between Bitez and Gümbet coves with a magnificent view of the latter. The hotel contains 92 rooms, all-day restaurant, poolside bar, lobby lounge, fitness center, SPA, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools, private beach club and 3 meeting rooms fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and capable of accommodating up to 100 people each. Located 35 km from the local airport, it is just a 5 minute drive from downtown Bodrum.

As General Manager you will ,
· Direct the overall operation of the hotel to maximise performance and profitability by creating a positive work environment and ensuring superior guest service.
· Develop financial, operational and business plans and budgets which support the overall objectives of the Hotel
· Develop and implements of sales and marketing plans to maximise revenue generation
· Maximise F&B revenues in the Food and Beverage outlets
· Be responsible for the selection, supervision and motivation of your team
· Ensure that product quality and service standards are met an all areas of the Hotel
· Guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of standards and a high level of service delivery.

Must be a great team player, motivator and natural leader with

· Prior GM experience, Bodrum area is preffered
· Strong operational background with "hands on" attitude and an eye for the detail
· University degree
· Excellent command of English
