Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales: be able to conduct inbound and outbound calls in order to transform our potential patients into sold patients
- Hospitality: be able to welcome our visitors in our hotel and help them settle during their visit in turkey
- Follow Up: be able to keep in communication with our patient and deliver a satisfactory experience
- Solution oriented: be able to think outside the box and offer multi-solution to our patient in case of a need
QUALIFICATION
- English is a must .
- Turkish is needed.
- Any other language is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or diploma (graduate/ undergraduate)
- Previous experience in the same field or similar sector or willingness to learnPrior experience with a call center environment is preferred

Required Skills
Fluent in English and German, Norwegian, Dutch or Swedish preferably as a second language.
Turkish needed as a base,
Previous experience in the health tourism sector is a plus,
Able to make decisions in emergency situations,
Experienced in Sales & Marketing, Experienced in medical health sales is a plus,
Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
Diction properly,
High level of communication skills.
