Human Resources Manager

A well-established international technology company serving the life sciences and high-tech industries is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and develop all HR operations while supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations and organizational development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design, establish, implement, and continuously improve the company's HR KPI and performance management system.
• Monitor, analyze, and report HR KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and organizational improvement.
• Partner with department managers on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish Labor Law and all applicable employment regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage performance evaluation processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support senior management in organizational planning, change management, and company culture initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and present key HR metrics to management.

• Minimum 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including management responsibilities.
• Previous experience as an HR Manager is required.Experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing or factory environment is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in establishing and managing HR KPI and performance management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an international or multinational company is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
