Job Description
An international technology company is looking for an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to manage international logistics and customs operations.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate monthly international shipments from the United States.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate import and export activities with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams.
- Manage customs documentation and clearance processes.
- Coordinate temporary and permanent imports/exports of laboratory equipment for service, calibration and repair activities.
- Execute export operations for customer orders and after-sales system shipments.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation. Resolve shipping and customs-related issues proactively.
Required Skills
Qualifications
- Experience in import/export, logistics or international trade operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping documentation.
- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in technical or industrial sectors is preferred.
