Aranan Nitelikler
- Teknik üniversitelerin mimarlık / inşaat mühendisliği bölümlerinden mezun,
- konut / toplu konut şantiyelerinde en az 5 yıl deneyimli,
- Taşeron Sözleşmeleri, Teknik şartname, mahal listesi ve idari şartnameleri hazırlayabilecek,
- Fiyat analizleri oluşturabilecek,
- Uygulama Projelerinin hazırlık sürecinde Sözleşme ve Teknik şartnamelere göre hazırlanmasını ve diğer disiplinlere uyumlu olmasını sağlayabilecek,
- Bilgisayar programlarını (MS Office, Autocad, skech-up, Primavera, Project vb.) iyi derecede kullanabilen·
- İyi derecede metraj, mukayese ve hakediş bilgisine sahip
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın,
- Sorumluluk sahibi,
- Analitik düşünme ve analiz yetenekleri güçlü,
- Askerlik görevini yerine getirmiş,
- Araç kullana bilen,

These enterprises, still in the process of establishing at that time, have always been one step beyond others in their field and have always been mentioned.
-These companies have proven their past successes, formed their corporate body and decided to join forces. AS-TON has launched many novelties with this restructuring.
