• Answering future questionsArrangement of appointments
• Making the necessary programming for patient transfer and accommodation
• Sharing information about servicesPost-treatment follow-up and communication with the doctor when necessary
• Providing promotion and support by communicating face to face with patients when necessary
• Preparation of reports required for all transactions
• Taking an active role in promotion and information activities in line with the needs
• Responds to Chat, Online Chat, Call Request, and Online Appointment requests
• Providing live support to the patient on the chat site and organizes an appointment
• Coordination of patient requests on the website with the clinic.
