Job Description
Our Tiny House brand is seeking an experienced and driven International Sales Executive to help us expand our global reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and a deep understanding of international markets. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing international showroom partners and seeking out new and improved partners to help us achieve our sales goals.

- Maintain relationships with our international showroom partners, including regular communication and visits.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding our global sales, including identifying new showroom partners and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials for international markets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we are always offering the best products and services to our customers.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of experience in international sales, preferably with experience in dealership channel management and network development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in export sales operations.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing market share in international markets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Appetite and passion for constant self-improvement, achievement, and sales.
- Advanced proficiency level in English to communicate with clients, partners and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel internationally for periods of time.
- Willing to work on-site in our headquarter at Seyrantepe/Istanbul.
