Görevler:
- Oda ve genel alanların temizliği ve düzenini sağlamak
- Temizlik malzemelerinin ve ekipmanlarının düzgün bir şekilde kullanılmasını ve bakımını sağlamak
- Misafirlerin taleplerini hızlı ve etkili bir şekilde karşılamak
- Otel politika ve prosedürlerine uygun hareket etmek
- İş sağlığı ve güvenliği kurallarına uymak
