We’re looking for an “Hotel Operations Manager” who has qualifications listed below and will work for Hampton By Hilton Çerkezköy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
Minimum 10 years of experience in Tourism Agency Companies,
Good command of English, both written & spoken,Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
You have strong cross functional project management and follow-up skills,
You’re a talented problem solver with a “can-do attitude”,
You’re a real multi-tasker who can handle ambiguity in a confident and agile manner,

What Will You Achieve?

Strong commercial awareness with operations,sales and business development,
Responsible for ticketing, accommodation, visa departments,
Management of digital transformation project (B2B Platform for sales and operation),
Operation management,
Manage and develop portfolio,
Determining future needs and team planning Monitoring the performance management and development of systems
Manage and control key KPI metrics Assist Marketing/Sales teams with content reviews and suggestions for future improvements.
